Frame rate being limited to 30 fps on some machines
When running my game on certain machines (notably a couple of laptops), the frame rate seems to be either limited to 30 fps, or will switch between 30 and 60 fps seemingly at random. The machines in question are more than up to the task of running the game at a consistent 60 fps. I have set QualitySettings.vSyncCount = 1. While I've considered that there might be a setting external to the game that affecting this (maybe in nVidia control panel), I'm curious if there is some kind of in-engine solution to this sort of thing, as some of my users have mentioned it to me as well.
