Access photos, videos & music from iOS and Android library?

Hello,

Objective :

I want to open native browser and let the user pick (one) music, (one)video or (multiple) photos. (One media type at a time)
I would want that files to be used within the app.

There have been a lot of plugin(s) that to things one or the other with my requirement, but however - is there a plugin that would to all or what is the best approach would you guys suggest?

Platform :

Both iOS & Android
