I can not delete 2020 LTS

Hello

I tried to delete Unity 2020 LTS from the folders instead of running the "uninstall.exe", but it didn't get deleted from the hub even tho i try to remove it from the hub it doesnt work and nothing happens. Hopefully someone here can help me.
