Inputs for xbox360 controllers triggers switch from player 1 and player 2 after export

Hi, I am a video game design student at UCF. We are making a third person fighter in unity 5.0.0 that uses two controllers(one for each player). We have a issue that when we play the game in the project everything works fine but when we export, player 1's triggers and player 2's triggers are swapped, by triggers I mean the actual Xbox 360 controllers RT and LT. So for instance LT blocks, well in the project when player 1 hits LT on their controller it blocks but after exporting if player 1 hits LT on their controller player 2 blocks. The issue is only occurring on the RT and LT of both players controllers. We are exporting for windows. Thank you for your help.

Hi @keyward, I am have the same problem and this is how I fixed it. if you use a wireless xbox 360 controller and Windows may be you need to update your drivers.

In Device and Printers, Right click on Xbox 360 Wireless Receiver for Windows and go to Properties, then in Hardware Tab click Properties again on Right bottom. A new Window apear then you click in Change settings in the bottom and the same windows now can be configured. next in the Driver tab just click in Update Driver and Search automatically for updated driver software and windows finish this for you.

I hope this helps.
