Update Unity - Reinstall Visual Studio?

Question

I'm unclear on how to install a new Unity version. From Unity Hub, after clicking 'Add' and choosing the new version, I get to choose the modules I want:

alt text Do I need to tick Microsoft Visual Studio? I already had it installed with the previous version. If not (I hope so), how do I associate the new Unity version with the existing VS installation?

I usually install my VS on my own and leave that box unchecked.

Usually just worry about plugins that are required for your development.

Any plugin or app missed can always be added later.
