Create a similar looking avatar to elderly person and modify it in terms of its features

My task is to create a human's avatar which looks exactly like him or her in terms of his weight, height, complexion and features. I should be able to modify them as well. I tried using Morph 3D by which I am able to import a female and male dummy and modify their weight, complexion, features, but, the results are not as similar as we expect. To solve the problem and to make it similar to a human's 2D picture, I used NaturalFront 3D Facial animation plugin and made a face from a 2D image, this results in giving me an exact 3D avatar of my 2D picture. But, I do not know any means of mapping this 3D model of face to 3D dummy body of MCS male morph 3D. Any insights or similar software suggestions are welcome.
