Can we submit a custom editor layout in the Asset Store ?

Hello everyone,

I tried to ask this question in Forums (https://forum.unity.com/threads/can-we-submit-a-custom-editor-layout.873721/), but there are so many replies in other posts that mine was completely overflown. So I give it a try here in Answers :

My question is simple : When we submit something for an Asset Store Release, can we include a custom editor layout ? You know, like those layouts available in the upper right corner (or like in this image alt text ).
