Hide Development Build Watermark?
I've seen this asked, but it's never gotten a response other than, "turn off Development mode."
I've got a funky situation where Scaleform causes GUI text (including Development Build copy) and particles to flicker madly on Android. It's nerve wracking that I must run in Dev mode, but this alleviates the issue, and it's not experiencing performance issues.
I need to launch soon... Are there any Unity Devs here who could suggest a hack? Could I create some kind of mem patch that would hide the text? Getting desperate.
Thanks for your time!
Sounds like a scaleform problem. What do they say is the fix?
Just that they're looking into it. I thought I should appeal to a higher power in case they don't find a solution.
$$anonymous$$ight make a great feature for a point release? :) Seems like an easy toggle.
Remember that running in dev mode also adds around 60$$anonymous$$B of debugging symbols to your build.
Fantastic. I was wondering where that extra bloat was co$$anonymous$$g from.
Can anyone from Unity help?
