Unable to open assets xxxxxxxxxx check external application preferences,Unable to open assets check external application preferences

my external tools already set as visual studio 2019 but i still cant solve this problem... any solution?,I already download visual studio 2019 and edit >preference>external tools>visual studio 2019 still cannot solve this problem.
