Is it possible to Read text file that is not included in the project ?
Here's my problem,
I'm currently using an addon in Unity that uses a Licence (.bytes). I need to share my project, the problem is that inside the project anyone can find the file licence and use it ...
I would like to prevent anyone to reach and copy this licence.
Our idea is to stack our licence (so outside from the unity project himself) in our server and to "stream" the data (.bytes) into a Texfile Asset wich could be read by the script's addon looking for this specific licence. Of course this licence have no restrictions ( @mac adress, user name ... I know it sounds crazy )
This addon works this way : you copy your licence inside the Unity project and then drag and drop it inside the C# script of the GameObject named "LicenceActivator" throught the inspector.
