Usage of famous peoples names in games?
Hello, I'm making a RTS, where I thought that I would use for example "Barack Obama" as the leader of a US faction. Am I allowed to do such? Or do I have to come up with fictional names? I've searched a bit online, but could not find a defining answer. Sorry if Unity Answers, is the wrong place to put such a question.

It is the wrong place to ask the question, but I'll provide an opinion anyway: for any questions of a legal nature (as this is, since presumably you're concerned about issues such as defamation, slander, using likeness of character etc) then don't ask any internet site. Ask a lawyer ;)
