[NGUI] How can I drag item from UIlist and insert to new position

I am using NGUI free-version to create an UI. There's a gameObject added UIList component and attached some buttons, I want to change the position of list manually, like the following pictures :

I know if I want draggable effect in NGUI I need to add some componets like dragpanel, but if it is possible to change the item position from UIList?alt text
