Unity seems to take a super long time for me to build and publish. I just made my first game through the tutorial, could someone confirm if I'm the only one having this issue?

The Unity editor seems like its struggling to build or publish for me. The entire window freezes, making me think that its either about to crash or simply won't respond. Is this what everybody experiences?
