Real time screen cast/mirror from Mobile to PC

Hi guys,

Situation: Instead of using laptop's webcam to show my android screen, I need to cast/mirror from my android phone into my PC in Unity.

Reason: I hardly use the camera to use the OCR detection. The data only available from the Google PlayStore app in my android phone. I need to read the data to trigger something in my PC-Unity project. This is for research purpose.

Can anyone give some heads-up on where to start please? Thanks in advance.
