Mesh not returning Raycast hit info in editor or runtime
I noticed the issue when I ported my project from Unity 4.6 to 5.
I have a level that has meshes for the terrain, they have mesh colliders and rigidbodies (kinematic).
I noticed something odd when I was trying to place stuff on the ground using ctrl+shift and dragging an object on it. The object behaved as if there was no surface there, just moving it on the X and Y axes.
I have trees with meshes in the level as well, and they return Raycast hit info and are detected in editor just fine, but the ground is not.
The ground works just fine for collisions.
Layers are default, colliders are not triggers, I have no idea what is doing this.
