Where can I find the Uniscite editor?

As the title says where is the Uniscite editor located?

"this was added in light of the people still wishing to use it since the release of 3.4"

The UniScite editor can be found in this loaction:

 C:\Program Files (x86)\Unity\Editor\Data\Tools\UniSciTE
