Will Unity integrate CUDA someday?
CUDA is a great tool for complex calculations in real time. CUDA can be connected to Unity by means of dll files, but the Integration in this manner is inaccessible to ordinary users. Furthermore CUDA uses C and C ++, and the Unity C#, js and Boo. It would be more convenient to program in Unity languages, that is why the integration is more preferably.
I'd suggest redirecting this to the forums. However CUDA is done by NVIDIA. Unity already implements PhysX from NVIDIA. There is no reason to think it won't get done at some point.

With Unity pro you already have ComputeShaders. In the end Unity is actually a game engine. Of course it can be used for whatever you can imagine, but don't expect that every exotic technology will be integrated, especially not in the indy version.

It would be amazing to see. It would let us parallelize SO much easier!
It's not super complicated or "exotic". Seriously I need this. Please give the people what they want.
