I can not open basic tutorials
I have downloaded unity 2018.2.14f1 and once i open the unity launcher and i select Basic tutorials 01 Play&Edit Mode or any other it come up with a starting the server but it does not load in. I then receive an error box saying, Unity Package Manager Error. Failed to start Unity Package Manager: Operation timed out. Please see the Editor.log file for more info. then i have the option to retry or quit. Quit closes the Launcher whilst retry reopens the launcher. I can not find the editor link.and this is a fresh install.
