Button not working Unity New UI

MY Canvas buttons are not working

Event System is in my hirarchy
Graphics Raycaster Attach to Canvas But still my UI buttons not working.

$$anonymous$$y issue is resolve basically there is a panel top of that panel which contains buttons so when i remove the upper panel the button starts working :)
