Sprite child follow it's owner animation

I've just created my first animation, my object hierarchy is: Base -> Hairs, Eyes

Base has an animator controlled attached on. But Hairs and Eyes aren't following Base movements.

As you can see, my sprite is moving but it's childrens aren't.
