Can't find my own game on the playstore

Hey I know there is another thread about this but there isn't really a clear conclusion/solution. I can find my game with quotation marks but I'm unable to find it when I'm typing the full name without quotation marks. Is there anything wrong with my settings, am I making a stupid mistake? Answers are really appreciated Thank you in advance

Not really helping, but I can't find your game without using quotation marks too.
