Failed to re-package resources Error

I am having an error which is occurring after importing Prime 31 Social Networking and Heyzap SDK packages. The error states:

 Failed to re-package resources with the following parameters:
 package -v -f -m -J gen -M AndroidManifest.xml -S "res" -I "C:/Users/Xikky/AppData/Local/Android/android-sdk-windows/platforms/android-17\android.jar" -F bin/resources.ap_
 Configurations:
  (default)
  hdpi
  ldpi
  mdpi
  xhdpi
  es
  he
  iw

I have noticed that both packages import folder res into Plugins/Android, which might be causing the problem.

Can someone tell me how to solve this issue?
