Play Unity Editor from VSCode?

Hi

Is it possible to Play Unity Editor without moving focus from editor like VSCode?
Using task.json, we can run shell commands without moving focus from VSCode.
If there is a way to press Unity Editor Play button from terminal, then we can run our Unity Script without moving focus.
