Unity web player on Windows Server 2003/2008
Hi, Got a problem with a Unity Web Player plugin on a Windows Server. The problem is that when running the app(http://palette2.vividworks.fi/unity/furninova/salestool.aspx?productid=Setup&lan=sv ) that uses the Unity Web Player on a windows server, the screen where the 3d-stuff should be is just black...
I've tried this on Windows Server 2003 and 2008 both x86 and x64 with the same result. I've tried it where the servers are Vmware Vsphere guests but also on physical servers with Windows Server 2008 x64 installed.
I really need this to work since it's a terminalserver only environment and this tools would help my customer alot.
Anybody have ideas of what's wrong?

On Server 2003 (and probably on Server 2008 too), DirectX and graphic acceleration is disabled by default. You have to enable it manually
On a VM you have only a very limited virtual graphic adapter so I guess it's not possible to start a webplayer there.
