Load time of 2D TileMaps

Hi!

So i'm using a custom 2D character controller from this video and works like a charm.

The problem is the first second of play mode. If the player is too close to the ground it pass through it. The character controller uses custom physics and custom colliders using rays and i'm using tilemaps to make the terrain of the platformer. The same scenario happens using collider2d, composite collider or even a 3Dcube with 2D collider.

When I press play the player goes through the ground except if it's way high up or the collider below is large or the player stops for 0.4 seconds to start falling the first time. All these fixes are dirty patches.

My question is. Is there any way so I can check when the tilemap or its collider is fully loaded? Has it a separate way of load instead of Start method?
