Mass Effect Select Menu

I am curious if there if there is a way for a player (in third perons perspective) to bring up a menu during gameplay and use the mouse button to select abilities similiar to that found within the game Mass Effect. Here is a link to a picture of the menu to show you what I mean.

Yes, all that can be done. It's not exactly trivial, but it can all be done. (I haven't used it myself, but I'd suggest taking a look at EZGUI - from what I've seen of it, it seems like it might be well suited for something like this.)

Yeah EZGUI / Sprite $$anonymous$$anager 2 could do that and probably get it one in one draw call.
