Is there any EditorGUILayout like animation clip inspector

Hello,

I'm making some tools in Unity 5.6.6f version, and I want to make Custom Editor like this, but i can't find any name or something like these inspector. I was found about TimeLine inspector but I can't find anything about custom editor :(

is there anyone can help me.
