Pixels difference in unity and iPhone

I'm testing my game .... it looks good in unity play more when I press the play button but when I test the game in iPhone using Unity inbuilt feature to test games on mobile device there is a huge difference in pixels quality and I'm not sure why. here an example This is the screenshot of my fixed joystick in unity
