Unity Hub exits with error message "child process exited with code 3221225595"

I installed Unity Hub 2.4.5, and Unity Editor 2020.3.17f1 LTS. I created a new project Unity Hub exited with the error message 'child process exited with code 3221225595' in info-log.json. And when I launch Unity Hub again and tried opening the project I get the error message 'project path does not exist C:\projects\project1. What could be the reason and what I should do about it.
