How to get Android 10 (API Level 29)
I have just downloaded new Unity version 2019.3.15f1 patch release from the website. Perform complete setup for Android build export but with my surprise I can only able to get API Level 28 maximum within the list.
But Android new guideline suggest to use API Level 29 for all future game release as target API level. Target API level requirements for the Play Console
I have used Unity HUB to download Android SDK and other tools. So how to download Android 10 (API Level 29) for the project?

Directly within Unity android latest SDK support not exist ??
Everyone is having issues in direct update of SDKs so this is the only workaround for now as per i know.
