Different levels as scenes
What's a good approach for 2020 when having different game levels (maps) as separate scenes in Unity?
I have several levels with different maps (3d environments, navmeshes, skyboxes) however they all have certain GameObjects placed on them that are required for game to work (stuff like GameControllers etc), what would be a good approach to avoid missing some GameObjects or other inconsistencies?
Is there a way to have one scene (.scene file) in the project and load level data (3d objects, baked navmeshes, lighting, skybox)?
My plan at the moment is to have all of that in separate scene files and run a bunch of tests to make sure that all of them have the correct objects present at build time. Is there another approach?
Thank you.
