Can't find anything to help me!

Okay so I'm new right, and I need some help.

Does anyone know any good tutorials on randomly generated things? Primarily NPCS

Like, I know it has to go item1>item2, ect but I can't find anything for NPCS so can you link me something?

NPCS? As in Non-player characters? I may have misinterpreted what you are asking but if not that sounds like a bit much for a beginner, especially if they need to be randomly generated.

Can't find anything to help me!
