My game starts with a white screen on a player's screen. Music on, mouse cursor okay but nothing else.

As you can see on this video the users starts my game and then he sees only a white screen. He hears the music, we can see the mouse cursor as well, but that's all. Normally he should see the menus which could use up all the space on the screen.
He was the only who reported this from my ~10k players so far. He has a modern computer with more than enough resources, also he says his windows and drivers are up to date. I don't have any idea what could be the problem.
The game was built in Unity 5.6.3p4 - and updating is unfortunately not an option to me.
Do you have any idea? I'd really appreciate any feedback!
