PNG import problem 2019.1.0f2

Hi, I've been trying to import a transparent png (16bit photoshop file) into my project, but instead of this: https://imgur.com/1JpZGRC

i get this: https://imgur.com/xkGmIfz

I've tried to import same pnginto another project - it was importted perfectly fine, I even managed to export it and imported in my initial project - transparency was tere.

I don't understand what can cause this problem..
