I am trying to build an empty project to android just so I can get it working but I am hitting several issues. the latest of which is a "failed to re-package resources" error.
I am getting the feeling that it might be a build version error so I have uninstalled all versions back to version 23 as per previous questions about this, I have done this with the android studio app as my computer would not open the android.bat file even when running it in admin mode. (like it opens and closes quicker than I can catch it sometimes.) if this is a simple I just need something in my project then no problem but I feel like this is more than that based on the other threads I have seen. I have also seen that I can move some folders from one place to another but I can't find half of them making them useless to me. I would love it if a unity dev saw this and could team viewer into my computer just to see what the hell I'm doing wrong, so yea... help

I solved this I just wasn't using the latest version or Unity to sync with my android OS. did not think this would be a problem as it was only the 2017 version or unity but there ya go.
