a 2D Smash Bros like game

hello, I have been working with Unity for a little bit, just prototypes though, nothing polished My question is that is it possible to create a game with visuals similar to this http://i1.ytimg.com/vi/Lkh-tirZax4/maxresdefault.jpg but with physics and gameplay like super smash bros in Unity and and tips or info about how I would go about it? also if it would be better to attempt a project like this in something other than Unity, what that would be if so, and finally if this question would be better asked on the forums cause I feel like it's quite a bit haha

Please post on Forums; your problem is not reproducible here because there is no problem, just a design; duplicate question too, search Google for similar questions on Smash Bros.

I'm sorry but where would I ask this question in the forums? would it be Unity Support or Works in Progress? I'm not entirely sure where to post it
