Unity 5.3 flickering on android

After upgrading from Unity 5.2 to 5.3.0f4 i have lots of flickering in my android build.

I first thought this is a z-fighting problem. But the flickering is also in the sky, where there should be no z-fighting. My near and far clipping is optimized and should work fine.

Why does this happen only on Andorid Builds? Could it be related to the new OpenGL-Core that came with Unity 5.3?

Any Ideas on this issue would be much appreciated.

Testing Device is a Nexus 9, Android 6.0.
