How to properly reload a scene,Properly restart a scene

So I'm making a game with a replay button. Currently, I'm using SceneManager.LoadScene to achieve this. But there is one problem, all of a sudden, the script doesn't run properly again. My car, which automatically runs when opening the screen, won't run. What is the problem? Thank you for any support
