Begginer question regarding GPU and hand tool bug
Absolute beginner here, just downloaded Unity with the purpose of slowly familiarizing myself with the software. My first question is regarding pc specs. My computer (a sony vaio laptop) is definitely not a gaming pc, but I was hoping it would be capable of handling some of the most basic functionalities (I want nothing more than to mess around with small 2d projects), at least until I upgrade to a real pc. Here are my current specs:
I understand that my 4GB RAM may be a limitation. My knowledge about GPU's is pretty much non-existent, but I know that mine isn't great either. So how far am I able to go with this hardware?
Also, I was able to get the program running (Unity 2020.3.19f1), but encountered a bug in one of the first functionalities presented in most tutorials: the hand/drag tool. I can select the hand tool, and when I click the scene window, Unity closes immediately. It doesn't seem to be a common problem with other people. Is it related to my bad pc?
