Assetbundles problem when launching CharacterCustomization in android
Excuse me, I have downloaded the CharacterCustomization example project here: http://unity3d.com/support/resources/example-projects/charactercustomization
And I have tried to launch it in android. However, the assetbundle cannot get loaded.
I have tried different paths in AssetbundleBaseURL function inside CharacterGenerator.cs:
if (Application.platform == RuntimePlatform.Android)
{
return "file://" + Application.dataPath + "!/assets/assetbundles/";
}
For this, I have put the assetbundles folder under Assets/StreamingAssets
if (Application.platform == RuntimePlatform.Android)
{
return "file://" + Application.dataPath + "/StreamingAssets/assetbundles/";
}
For this, I have put the assetbundles folder under Assets/StreamingAssets
if (Application.platform == RuntimePlatform.Android)
{
return "file://" + Application.dataPath + "/Raw/assetbundles/";
}
For this, I have put the assetbundles folder under Assets/Raw
The 3 methods are what I found on the Internet.
I have tried all of them but still when I launch the application in android, it still have problem to get the assetbundles. (I have also tried 3 slashes instead of 2 after "file:" in the path)
May I ask if anyone may tell me what else may be tried? Thank you very much
