Unify Com. -Camera CrossFade Pro- OverlayCam Getting Faded During Transition?

Explanation:

I am using Unify Community's Camera Cross Fade Pro to cross fade between two cameras, the third camera is ONTOP (In depth setting it is set to 2) The other two cameras i am fading between are set to 0 and 1. That third camera has no skybox, is ortho, and depth only, so it renders only the layers of objects i chose, Some 3D geometry HUD display using simple meshes.

Problem:

So The problem is this. My third camera is fading too! I don't want that! you can see this in the following Pic:

What the black bars and the loading symbol is supposed ot look like during the transition:
