how can i render a sphere made of glass material?

If you need refraction, you could use the pro water shader and modify it's texture/settings (if you have pro). If this is less of an issue or you don't have pro, I would suggest using a transparent/specular shader with a high and sharp specular refraction along with a detailed spec map and a good window map. Another route to go would be to use a slightly transparent cube map or sphere map shader with an image of the environment you want to reflect in the window.

The Pro Assets also has a Stained Glass shader and sample scene that demonstrates it. The Unify wiki shaders might have something that suits your needs (e.g there's a window shader) or at least act as examples if you need to code your own.
