You model them or find some free ones on the internet. You also learn about Artificial Intelligence (A.I for the simpletons).
Hey now, this a somewhat serious answers to a poor question, cut me some slack.
Evened that out for you, I thought your answer was way better than the actual question.
Enums are a hoot when it comes to A.I. All sorts of raycasts will come in handy too, also Stephen Hawking.
Simply using Instatiate or put the enemies into Scenes directly. To motion and actions, use the A.I. ;D
