Question by VSmoL · Jun 21, 2015 at 11:04 AM · advertisingin-app-purchasefree-version

In-app purchases or buying ad-free game (Android)

Hi, im developing my game and soon at that point that im able to publish it. So my question here is that, if player wants to buy ad-free game, is the best solution here:

A) In-app purchase
B) Buy ad-free game at Google Play

If solution A is correct here probably best solution is save it to PlayerPrefs? Which opens question for me. If they buy this ad-free in-app purchase and deletes the game, is he/she able to play it anymore without buying this in-app purchase again? And what is good network for these in-app purchases? Soomla etc.?

If solution B is correct, im sure that they count as different application, right? And thats why player loses all progression he/she made?

So if someone has good answer here it would be nice to hear. And if you think that solution B is fine here even they lose all their progression it would be nice to hear reasons why it's OK.

And final thing I think is also this that if my points in both solutions are correct, it depends on my own decision, example do I want that player buy in-app purchase again to play it without ads without losing progression or player lose his progression what player made in free game, but still able to download it anytime for free if he/she once bought it.
