Unity Installs is getting stuck
In the installs section in Unity Hub the bar is full but it didn't install yet and its staying there for a long time and getting stuck.
@IamAnInvalidContentCreator What are you installing? If it is a version Unity you can also get online. If that doesn't help, try using an ethernet cable, as that would give you a faster and more secure download.
