Vuforia project crash after I hit Play

Hello guys. Today I have a big issue. The problem is related to Vuforia I guess. I exported the project from Windows to macOS. Everything went okay, but when I first time opened Vuforia Configurations and also when every time I hit play Unity crashed. I thought that it is related to project packages. So started new project based on a simple Vuforia solution: AR camera, Image Target, license key in Vuforia Configuration and hit start...Again crash.

I also noticed that in Vuforia Configurations there a conflict with Camera device ( screenshot below ). Permissions for camera and microphone are fine in Settings, other scripts with basic access to camera and microphone worked fine. The name of my camera device is also included in .xml file. The Unity just crashes when there is smth related to Vuforia Engine.
