Ghosting on macOS,Unsmooth object motion

Hi, good people. This issue occur when moving object, it is on macOS (2.6 GHz i7, ram 16GB, AMD Radeon Pro 5300M with 4GB of GDDR6 memory).This does not happen on Windows (2.5GHz, i5, ram 8GB, Intel HD graphics 630). I tried to record the screen, and after that when I played it on video player the issue was not present (!) Then I took this footage from my cellphone. What can cause this unsmooth movement, kind of pixel losing - ghosting effect? I appreciate any help.

Are you sure the problem doesn't come from the monitor itself? What is the refresh rate of the monitor(s)?
