How to implement dynamic region borders? (Stellaris-like Borders)
Hello ^^ For a project, I want to make Borders like shown in the link. ( https://imgur.com/Zt6N8nt )
These regions all have a radius of "Influence" and should ... 1. Make a union of all the influences of a given region. 2. Push different region Bordes back based on the Influence.
Does anyone have an idea how to do this or any tips and starting points?
