Weird Black Darkness on Bottom Following Player (Only on Mobile)

This doesn't show in the editor or when I play on my laptop but its very noticeable on mobile. The line also follows the player and reacts to the players jumps. Why is this? Not the red line, the red line is meant to highlight the black line I'm referring to.
