How to Play Sound on Button Highlight

Question

I want to play a sound when my UI Button is in the Highlight State.

My game is using only Keyboard and Controller inputs, no mouse. Most answers I've seen revolve around the cursor hover event, but my game does not use the mouse

If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it greatly!
